Course: Quality Management and Auditing in Aviation

The course introduces the regulations contained in EASA/EU-OPS related to quality management and auditing. Successful integration of EU-OPS into your company will be illustrated.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to develop, implement and maintain a process-oriented Quality Management System and how to perform and report quality audits according to EU-OPS. A key component of this course is the practical exercises, where different tools and techniques are used.

The course programme will be handled flexibly to suit the requirements of the participants and can be adapted to the qualifications and needs of the students.
